Factory Audit (FA): 

By the customer request, our company special consultant and so on forms the appraisal group, carries on the whole to the factory to appraise, including: The overall situation, the management level, the productivity, the quality security system and so on, and forms the appraisal report, has determined this factory for the customer whether takes its qualified supplier's basis

Pre-production inspection(PPI):

According to the customer's specifications or reference samples, the inspection will focus on the composition, the material and accessories of the product before the start of the production, predicting the problem that would happen,adjusting the quality control chain according to actual condition, and ensure that we meet the requirement of the customer.Main inspection content:        Evaluation of the factory production capacity and equipment.        Check the factory quality control ability and the implementation status.        Check the accuracy of production tools and equipment        Assess the production technology and ensure reasonable arrangement of QC in the factory        Inspect the quantity and quality of the raw materials of product and the main ingredients, anticipate and avoid any problems that may occur to ensure the quality of the products

During production inspection(DPI):

According to the customer request, we will send out the specialist to enter and be stationed in assign the factory, to carry on the track examination for the entire process, from the incoming inspection, various working procedures inspection to complete the packing, will provide produces the progress and the quality report every day.

Main inspection content:        Production progress         Factory quality inspection and supervision         Various working procedures inspection         Quality question improvement and tracking        100% inspection before packaging, ensure that bad products not going into the final packaging procedure

Pre-shipment inspection(PSI):

After finishing the production, when assemble to container ,our inspector will do random sampling inspection in accordance with the international standard ANSI/sampling ASQC Z1.4. to inspect the quantity of products, technology appearance, function, safety, the color, style, size and packing, shipping marks, etc

Main inspection content:

        Acount quantity        Proofreading product design, color materials, etc

        Craft inspection        Function and safety test        Dimensional measurement        Packing inspection        Shipping marks inspection

Loading Supervision:

According to the customer request, inspects goods the factory or warehouse which the personnel arrives assigns, to the product quantity,the quality,the packing and so on carries on the examination, and supervise entire container-loading process.

Main inspection content:         Recording weather condition, container arrival time, container number, vehicle number          Inspect that if there is breakage, moist and unusual smell in the container         Count quantity of the products,recording the number of cartons and pallets         Random sampling as normal examination, and forms the examination report         Supervision entire container loading process         Recording the container/seal no         Record the container departure time
